Phoenix Holistic Health was created by Gwenyth James.  Gwenyth holds degrees in science and health science. She has also has qualifications in nutrition, chronic pain management and fitness. Gwenyth is an practitioner of Chinese medicine, a personal trainer and a meditation teacher. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and is the owner of Phoenix Centre for Acupuncture. She is passionate about helping people get the most out of life.
